Meet our Founder & Director, Nic.
Nic has over 15 years experience in the double-glazing sector, working in many senior positions within national glazing firms before founding Definition Double Glazing Ltd. Nic has a genuine passion for home renovations and upgrades, and takes great pride in helping our customers to achieve their home improvement goals. Nic is a fully FENSA registered installer and surveyor, and possesses all NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
KEIRAN SMITH
INSTALLATION ASSISTANT
Keiran has been working alongside Nic on all of our Definition installations for many years and has mastered the skill of perfection when it comes to glazing, trimming and sealing windows and doors. Keiran assists Nic on all of our installations, and is responsible for preparing the area, helping to remove any existing products, disposing of them and preparing the new products for install. Keiran is fully NVQ Level 1 qualified and has been working in the glazing trade for over 6 years.
HANNAH PROUDFOOT
DIRECTOR
Hannah takes care of the entire after-sales process, alongside writing bespoke quotations, liaising with our fabricators, managing our product portfolio, finance and marketing. Hannah has 10 years experience in business management working within a variety of large corporations with a specialism in client management & creating true customer satisfaction. Hannah will ensure all aspects of your home improvement journey are managed impeccably and that someone is always on hand to help with any queries.
